Fukuro Noodle Bar (Buenos Aires): We are Matias and Vanessa Camozzi, the duo behind Fukuro Noodle Bar. Our love and passion for the restaurant industry prompted us to open up #FNB in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. We decided to return back to Buenos Aires (where Matias is from) and finally open our own restaurant, after spending the past ten years working in the gastro scene in the U.S.
